Eastbury Manor House, Barking

The house is from the Elizabethan era and is located in Barking, Essex. It is preserved to create a very realistic image of the house as it would have been in the past. It is large, which means that we would be able to be more dynamic with our shots and choices. It would work well with both the interior and the exterior of the house, therefore we believe it would be a good place to film our music video.

PROS

- aesthetically matches what we wanted our location to look like

- larger, meaning more opportunities

- closer to home than other locations such as Rainham Hall

CONS

- owned by National Trust, therefore won't be as easy to hire

- could be expensive to use
