Hylands House

Hylands House is located in Chelmsford and is a Grade II listed house, owned by the Chelmsford City Council.

Due to our other locations being unavailable, we felt this kept the image we wanted by being an older establishment that has also been preserved to keep it's historical aesthetic.

Pros:

- free entry

Cons:

- looks too modern in both interior and exterior

- pay for filming

- can't get there easily and quickly - be hard to refilm
